Bookings
Bonita Salon has established a reputation for assisting clients in achieving the look and style of their dreams through personalized consultations and delivering high-quality products. By booking an appointment, clients are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1. Appointments & Pricing
• All prices listed are starting prices. Final pricing may vary based on stylist, hair length, and time.
• A valid credit card is required to book all services.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
• 24-hour notice required to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may be charged a fee of 100% of services booked.
• Repeated no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.
3. Refund Policy
• Bonita Salon does not offer refunds on services, products, or deposits.
• Contact the salon or your stylist directly within 7 days if adjustments are needed. Adjustments and refunds may be at the discretion of salon and stylist.
• Retail sales are final; exchanges only for defective products within 7 days.
4. Payments
• Major credit/debit cards and cash is accepted.
• Gratuity is not included in service pricing.
5. Personal Information & Communication Consent
• By providing your contact information through our booking system, website, or in-salon registration, you agree to receive communications from Bonita Salon and its representatives.
• This may include appointment reminders, follow-ups, promotions, newsletters, or event invitations.
• You can opt out of promotional messages anytime.
6. Privacy & Client Contact
• Bonita Salon values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
• Client contact information (including phone numbers and emails) is collected solely for the purposes of scheduling, confirmations, and maintaining your service history.
• When you book with a stylist through Bonita Salon, your contact information may be shared with that stylist so they can manage your appointment, follow up, or provide personalized service.
• Bonita Salon is not responsible for any independent communications, marketing, or outreach conducted directly by stylists once contact information has been shared for service-related purposes.
• Bonita Salon does not sell, rent, or share client information with third parties outside the Bonita Salon network.
• You may opt out of promotional communications from Bonita Salon at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our messages or by contacting us directly.

7. Changes to These Terms
• Bonita Salon may modify these terms at any time without notice.
• Continued use of our booking system or services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
Any and all adjustments will be determined on an individual basis at the sole discretion of management and require the involvement of the client as well as the stylist.
Bonita Salon is not responsible for any adverse reactions caused by any color or styling products, packaged food, and/or beverages clients consume at the salon.
Clients are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early so they will have ample opportunity to rest and relax prior to their appointment.
Cancellations
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to all Bonita Salon team members. The time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notices for appointment changes and for cancellations. All of our policies are designed to benefit our guests and ensure the best quality and service for all established and future clientele.
Cancellations or reservation changes made at least one business day in advance allows our team the opportunity to accommodate other guests and will be greatly appreciated. Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a charge of 100% of the service fee. No-show reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service appointment.​​

Service Disclaimer
Bonita Salon endeavors to consult with each and every client prior to or during scheduled appointments and strives to take every precaution to ensure the safety and best possible outcomes for clients.

Hair color and hair lighteners, along with other chemicals that may be used on hair, skin, and nails, can cause adverse reactions when other types of chemical or metal agents may be present. Whilst the strictest guidelines are adhered to in regard to color, lighteners, and chemicals, Bonita Salon may not be able to anticipate every possible outcome.

To minimize the chances of an undesirable outcome, clients are encouraged to share hair color history and personal information with our stylists such as:
Exposure to toxic chemicals such as chlorine
Exposure to natural hair color products such as henna
Exposure to any substances, or products that could possibly affect their hair, skin, or nails
Lifestyle changes such as diet, exercise, sleep, supplements, medications, etc​​
